Holidays The Museum is closed on Mondays* and during the year-end holidays (from Dec 25 to Jan 3).

The parking lot can be used during the year-end holidays (8:30 - 17:00).
* If Monday falls on a public holiday or a substitute holiday, the Museum will be open that day and closed the following day.
Opening Hours Tuesdays-Sundays
09:00 - 16:30 (Last admission at 16:00)

For elderly visitors and visitors with disabililties

・The entrance is about 150 meters from the parking lot.
For visitors with disabilities, drop-off and pickup is allowed at the entrance.
Please consult the staff stationed at the parking lot.

・Ramp access is available.

・A limited number (three) of complimentary wheelchairs are available upon request.

・An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is installed near the reception.

・Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and mobility assistance dogs are welcome.

・Accessible single-user toilet rooms are available.

・Pens, paper, and communication boards are available.

・Information on the exhibits are accessible on smartphones in English, Chinese, or Korean.

・Non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the lounge. Beverage vending machines are available on site.
Please note that to guard our collection from pests, eating is not allowed in the museum.
